Conference Registration

All individuals who wish to attend the 2021 SAAA Conference need to register and pay for the relevant ticket type.


Registration and payment for the 2021 SAAA Conference can occur online using the Humanitix event management system, or by completing a paper-based Conference Registration Form and paying via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the South Australian Apiarists’ Association BSB: 633 000, Account No: 164368888. Please make sure to include your name as a payment reference if you pay by EFT. Registration fees can also be paid via cheque made payable to the South Australian Apiarists’ Association and sent to Tom Hampton, SAAA Treasurer, PO Box 112, Woodside SA 5244.

All registrations with full payment need be received by Wednesday 16 June, 2021.

Conference Fees

A range of ticket types for the Conference are available for purchase (see table below). Individuals who wish to attend the Conference Dinner and/or Post-Conference Field Day must purchase these ticket types as well. Prospective conference delegates that are not a financial member of the SAAA may wish to join up as member to take advantage of cheaper ticket prices. All Conference Tickets and Post-Conference Field Day tickets include morning/afternoon tea and lunch. The Conference Dinner includes pre-dinner canapes and a two course meal.
